It does take immeasurable amounts of time to screen our applicants. Over time, we have developed techniques that allow our interviewers to identify qualities in a candidate that make them excellent household employees. This insight has come to us through experience in conducting hundreds of interviews and staying abreast of industry changes and market trends.
